Return and Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase. The following guidelines apply:
You need to contact us in advance via whatsapp/Skype/WeChat/email to obtain authorization
Item must be in resalable condition and never installed.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning the item to HWHongRV.
Shipping charges on the original purchase will not be refunded.

We only accept within 30 days - You must return the product within 30 days of purchase:
Our policies are valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. (We handle this within one to three working days)
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within any applicable returns days specified by your bank.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email hwhongrv_1@rvworldstore.com with photo proof of eligibility and send your item to:

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to get to you may vary.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
