Logistics support countries/regions; shipping costs and logistics timeliness

299.9g is 13USD for the first weight, and every 1kg after 299.9g increases by 13USD (truck + sea shipping is 7USD per kg)

For example: if the total weight of the package is less than 299.9g, our charge will be US$13 for the basic weight; if it exceeds 299.9g, our charge will be US$13 for the first weight + US$13 for the additional air freight weight/KG. (Truck + sea freight is USD 13 for the first weight + additional weight is USD 7/KG)；

and additional weight is USD 13 per KG (truck + sea freight is USD 7/KG for additional weight).

Except the first weight; if it is greater than 1g, we will calculate it as 1KG.

Please note!!!

Regarding customs taxes in some countries, please inform us in time; we will confirm your details with you before shipping; if you need an invoice and other relevant information when you purchase, please confirm with me before shipping. We will ship the goods after your confirmation; if not informed, we will not be able to make changes when the goods leave the port, and all responsibilities will be borne by the customer.

We are unable to transport to areas where the logistics cannot be delivered normally due to force majeure or any unforeseen circumstances.

About overseas warehouse delivery

Currently, overseas warehouse delivery only supports the United States; only some products are supported, and there are applicable options to choose from on the checkout page.

Specific Handling & Transit Times

Orders ship Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

Total shipping time = processing time + shipping time (package processing time 1-3 days)
Excludes customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances

Delivery Address

Shipping address does not accept USPS PO Box/Post Office First Class Delivery. Providing one will delay order processing. If a physical address is not available, a FedEx OnSite pickup location can be used. Please describe your delivery address as detailed as possible to ensure that you receive the product you purchased earlier.

Order Tracking

After the order is processed, it will usually be sent out through logistics within 24 hours; the tracking information will be updated at the same time, and you can check the tracking number through your purchase order by opening our website (www.hwhongrv.com)

What should I do if I don’t receive the package?

If the shipping time is exceeded and you have not got your package after 30 days, and neither party can check the shipping status; please contact us and we will either give you a new one or give you a full refund. However, if the delivery address does not match the order address; if the consignee cannot be contacted for a long time, resulting in the logistics being returned, and other reasons related to the buyer, the buyer shall bear the responsibility.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment for assistance.
Damage: Order or invoice number and photo required.
Lost: Provide order payment information and invoice number.

Wrong shipping information

If you have left an incorrect delivery address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the package.
